What will my recovery time be?
Most people are feeling up to driving and light errands by 2 to 3 days after surgery. By 3 to 5 days most people can go back to a desk job. Low impact exercise can be started by a week post op. You should plan 3 weeks before starting jogging and a month before exercises such as bench presses. In general you may progress as your pain tolerance allows.
