Denver Breast Augmentation
in Denver, Colorado
What's the risk of problems with breast-feeding?
Since the implant is placed under the breast tissue, in general there should be no problem with breast-feeding after breast augmentation. In the rare instance where there is numbness of the nipple, there could be interference with the milk let down reflex. The chance of this is less than 2% and the chance of this happening on both breasts is exceedingly small. Even if this were to happen, you could still pump milk for later feeding.
