BOTOX® Cosmetic is a non-surgical treatment that can temporarily reduce moderate to severe frown lines, crow's feet and forehead wrinkles. Injected directly into the muscles, it paralyzes the injected muscle to reduce the activity of those specific muscles that cause the lines to form.

BOTOX® Treatment - $14.00 per Unit
Dramatic improvement in wrinkles produced by muscles in the forehead, crow’s feet, “mad” wrinkles and the frown lines is achieved by relaxation of these muscles with Botox®. A quick injection has the effect of taking years of strain and stress from your face. We offer a complimentary consultation with our Nurse to discuss your specific concerns.

How is BOTOX® Cosmetic performed?
A very small needle is used to inject small amounts of BOTOX® Cosmetic into the muscles to be paralyzed. Discomfort is minimal and most patients return to normal activities immediately.

When will I notice the results from BOTOX® Cosmetic?
Most patients see marked improvement within days however it may take up to 7-10 days to fully realize the results.

How long will the treatment last?
Results will vary according to area and each individual patient. Most patients will require re-injection in three to nine months. There may be more permanent alternatives to improving the appearance of wrinkling such as brow lift or eyelid surgery. Talk to our patient coordinators if you are interested in learning more about these alternations to BOTOX® Cosmetic.

Are there side effects to BOTOX® Cosmetic?
Most of our patients do not experience any side effects from their treatment and are able to immediately return to their normal activities. A small percentage of patients may experience side effects such as headache, temporary eyelid droop or bruising from the injection. There are no recognized permanent side effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is freshly prepared the day of treatment. Once it is prepared, it must be used within a timely fashion. In order to provide our patients the most potent and freshest BOTOX® Cosmetic injection, we do not offer this injection every day in our office.
